Teaching and Lectureship in Nanjing, China (Nov. 2012)
I taught a Master’s course on “Daniel and Apocalyptic Literature” at Nanjing Union Theological Seminary from Oct 30 - Nov. 3, and gave a lecture on “Newer Approaches and Reading Strategies for Daniel” to the student body of NJUTS on Oct 30. During this period of time, I also lectured at the Philosophy Dept. of Southeastern University on Hebrew Literature. The same lecture was delivered also at the Sien Fung Bookstore at the city centre of Nanjing.
Ukraine (April 25-May 2, 2013)
I will be teaching in Ukraine on “Approaching the OT”/”Preaching from the Old Testament” at a retreat organized by a group of Chinese pastors/Church leaders from different cities in Ukraine (as a partnership project of SEND and HTC at Tyndale).
